You need to do a video comparing the skill level of late night players vs day time players. I swear late night C1 lobbies are like day time C3 lobbies. Not sure if night players are just sweatier or if that’s when everyone smurfs, but it would be interesting to see your findings.

It just makes sense, all of the ppl who play bad already quit for that day. Mostly ppl with lots of free time play at those hours. Ppl with regular jobs (who already have a big disadvantage of time and skill) can not play. There are probably more factors at play but it is kinda obvious.

Except when they air dribble they probably can't recover or do a useful air dribble every time. It's usually 1 in 5 times or less. I'm diamond/plat and I can only hit ceiling shots 60-70% of the time if I can roll the ball up the wall without anyone touching it. I did practice ceiling shots about 400-500 times though. I can't do air dribbles because it's hard for me to slightly tap the break button before setting up the aerial or I do a ceiling shot setup accidentally because of my muscle memory.

Hey Sunless, you know that musty video where he tried his subscribers’ bad video ideas? You participated in the betting on gold 1v1 part. That part was legitimately entertaining. You could even expand on this. 8 player single elimination tournament where a pro/creator chooses a gold to bet on, puts 25 dollars into a pot, and the pro paired with the prevailing gold gets the whole pot. You could even have the pro live coaching the gold in the tourney games so the winner of the pot is a LITTLE less luck based lol.

I remember my first time hitting diamond and just like y’all I dropped back down to plat trust me play slow and play last man. Coming out of plat everyone still wants to chase even in diamond 2 so playing last man and taking your time along with keeping control will get you back to diamond. I’m now C3 and sat in diamond for 5 months.

As a gc3 that smurfs with his diamond buddy. I can confirm, diamonds can NOT aerial. You might think randomly jumping for every ball and barely hitting it nowhere, getting no power, no accuracy, and whiffing every 3rd attempt means you can aerial, but I assure you, diamonds can't do crap. Pretty much glorified golds.

we do this sorta thing in inhouses, in a mixed rank friend group. the highest rank player who normally goes for fancy shots is now only allowed to pass etc.. a goal scored by that team must have his assist. we did penalties though, if they score without him assisting then its -1 to their score and +1 to the other team. kinda fun format :) nice seeing something similar here

Actually good video idea: have pros or content creators play a casual or ranked match, where there only goal is to make the longest OT they can. They just have to camp net and try to boom the ball as hard as they can and just try not to get scored on while they also have to not accidentally score. You could turn that idea into finding the best defender in rlcs if you got torment and mist. Or content creators like musty and mertzy. If it was there actually rank they wouldn’t be able to defend for too long but maybe casual would be easier.
