So far it's Big White. The park and trails look so well taken care of. Right now it seems so empty everywhere. At one point in your video I imagined a bunch of garden gnomes cheering trailside! 🧙♂️🎊🧙♀️

This video reminds me of why I love to get out and ride. Hearing Remy & Anthony laughing and having a great time makes me smile. There are not to many sports that can bring this much fun! Awesome!

Interesting to see the degree of variety in all 3 parks. Its also really cool to see the degree of how the parks have evolved over the last 10 years. Thank you Remy, and to the sponsors. Fantastic work and next year need to do more of the same!

This is my childhood ski resort where I would snowboard 40+ days every season, and now it's my local bike park! I love Big White and even though it's not yet as developed as Silverstar or Whistler it's way younger than them and only getting sicker! They do need a second intermediate flow trail that's easier than Bermslang though because that one attracts too many jerries
@remymetailler4 жыл бұрын
I'm sure it will be coming soon. They have done a great job so far!

Do you always ride clipless or with flats? Would be interested in you making a little video on the subject in terms of what your thoughts are and what determines your pedal type
@remymetailler4 жыл бұрын
That's a good point. I mostly ride clips because I have more fun on them, and I'm now more confident too. Flats are mandatory though to learn proper skills.
@justsayin36004 жыл бұрын
I've been thinking about riding clipless. For me there are some trails I could learn clipless and ride but there are some I would probably always wear flats. I'm thinking there is room for both. Pedals are easy to swap out.
@_systemd4 жыл бұрын
a good set of shoes and fresh pins in pedals make me subconsciously twist my foot when putting it down from the flat pedal, feels like its clipped in. bought hundreds of screws, will just replace those frequently to keep this 'locked in' feeling going .
@PabloDiabloPL4 жыл бұрын
Why do you say you ride lower tire pressure to prevent flats? Isn't the opposite true?
@remymetailler4 жыл бұрын
Because I have half a brain, and talking while riding is not my strengh. I was riding higher pressure to prevent flats. You are correct!

I'm kind of confused by their trail ratings. How can Rock Hammer and Ace of Spades both be single blacks? Rock Hammer seemed much tougher.

There are a few pro lines, but also a few easy lines. The pro lines are not mandatory. Still a difficult trail though.
