Dada please mujhe toda bataye ki mera ugc bala fellowship start ho gaya hai aur mujhe kuch health problems k karan 3 mahina phd quit karna pada uske baad aur mera fellowship discontinued ho gya toh kya mera fellowship me ek baar dusre Institute me start kar sakta hoon

Sir...what if fellowship is discontinued within one year of joining? I joined PhD with UGC 8 months back. I got govt job...good job. The university says I can't convert full time to part time before 9 months. Can I discontinue my UGC JRF and will it need me to refund back fellowship? Since it has been just 8 months?

Sir I am doing phd from private university on NFSC jRF to kiya sir majhe university mein lectures lene padenge or kitne lene padenge because mein lectures nahi lena chahta please please sir iska koi solution bata dejiye
