Sir i am net jrf qualified and i am working as assistant professor. I am selected for regular based PhD with jrf i give the resign in college but that told me do not give resign provide you noc do can join PhD full time with jrf college management call you only for 2-3 days in a year for documentation. Please sir suggest me i give resign or not they told me do not create any issue.

I thought even in regular only 1 year you will be attending classes the rest years researchers are liable to not attend classes but report when needed to his/her supervisor.
