Can a sim survive on counterfeit simoleons in The Sims 2?

The Sims 2 aspiration rewards were a perfect example of the wackiness that the game became known for. So what happens if I decide to use the counterfeit money making machine as my sole source of income.
I make my sim put her freedom on the line by breaking the law every day all for a quick simoleon!

i love it when Ryanverse merges and we get to see characters from different videos great video, adore the long ones! as a child i was way too stressed to even attempt to play with the machine and i guess nothing changed because i still have not tried it but your video definitely inspired me to invite more chaos in my neighborhoods in ts2

I did something similar to this before. I had a mod that made it so the amount of money you made was based on what level criminal career you were on, and the body skill. You could turn off the chance for fire. I had this perfect looking family, based on the Flanders on The Simpsons, with their perfect house and two perfect kids. On the outside they looked like your traditional Christian nuclear family, yet in the basement behind a locked door, they had a full blown counterfeit operation going on. By generation 3, they had a massive mansion and a small fortune all through counterfeit money lol.
