Dan some friendly advice. If you are going out to bat don't try and get a hundred, try and bat the best you have ever batted evry innings and one day your best hit will be a 100.

Try and keep your head really still Dan, that way you wont be jumping. Play of the back foot if you don't have the confidence to go forward. Nothing wrong with a back foot defense at the start of your innings. Also the faster the ball comes the more still your heads need to be, bit of timing and it races away to the fence. You don't have to actually hit it hard.
