You could ask any one from your paternal side to be your wali as long as it is your father blood line. In regarding finding a suitor well pray to Allah to help you and ask local mosques if they can help. There are many ladies and mosques helping ladies and men find right suitors. Pray you find the right one. I pray your brother gets hidayath too☺️

some scholars said that is nikah is valid and some said that nikah is not valid overall it depends on you if your father have valid reason then it is better to obey their father but it your father have not a valid reason then you can marry and in the last is your father agree or not it depends on you you do marriage or you dont want to do marriage.

there are different opinion on that wheather the women is virgin or not virgin but the hadiths are very weak about wali of women is nessasary and then come to quran pak in quran pak their are also two different opinions of scholars some scholars say that quran pak give permission to a women who can merry without a wali and some says that quran pak not allowed a women to merry without a wali consent and nkt only hanfi mahzab some scholars of safia and some maliki mahzab also with hanfi mahzab even some hanbali scholars also with hanfi mahzab.

Permission of wali is not mandatory or fardh. Marriage without wali if the parties are adult is VALID. Permission of wali insisted for blessings. But when in a situation Father/brother/uncle all are so arrogant or egoistic, then it can be skipped as well.

Abu Musa narrated that : the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There is no marriage except with a Wali."Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1101; Abu Dawood, 2085; Ibn Maajah, 1881. It is saheeh, as stated in Irwaa al-Ghaleel,6/235, by al-Albaani, may Allaah have mercy on him).And if your father/brother/paternal father/grandfather/paternal cousin/ all have denied you marrying a particular person then you should go to the nearest Islamic center or mosque and the imam will be your wali .

my question is that I want to get married to a sister that I like and she like me too but my mother didn't like her so much like that so I explained things about her to her (my mother) she understand some how but still not OK wit it was so I beg her for her to let me go and see her parents but the parents are non Muslim so I talk to her mother only and then talk to her father on phone so the father agree to her daughter wish. A wali has to be a Muslim. As much as I know, the last instance in wilayah is the closest Islamic authority.

Then the most accessible Islamic Authority is to be the Wali. So, it can be the local Imam or a recognised leader of the muslim community, basically a man who holds recognised authority in the muslim community. The wali must be muslim.

For Eg : If her Father and She lives in Different Countries & the Father has given his concent to his daughter to marry a particular Guy. He did not mention that no dalil naqli that mentioned EXPLICITLY who the wali is such as the father, grand pa, bro etc. This creates doubt regarding the wali concept. Also he did not mention that hanafi differentiates between matured woman and immatured girl. The word imra'ah is again unclear. Qiyas is therefore used. Plz read great books such as fiqh islam wa adillatuhu by deep scholar wahbah zuhaili or fiqh sunnah sayyid sabiq.
