Xiangpengmon makes it's debut in the Digimon Card Game! This Digimon was originally featured in Digimon New Century! Xiangpengmon EX6 support brings a whole new line of cards that are bird/fish are here to support the Aquatic Digimon! The Aquatic Digimon play style is centered around playing out your sources and getting their on play effects. Will this new Xiangpengmon deck be enough to fix the current fish deck? The only problem with this deck is that it's current boss monster Aegisdramon takes alot of effort to get to, and most of the supporting cards aren't the best. Hi, I'm currently building Xianpengmon, and it's really nice when it works. Fighting Numemon? Bounce EVERYTHING at the last second with only 3 mem, a penguinmon, and a kaiser nail. Armors? Continuously bounce everything early and just rush down before MagnaX comes out. .... But when you can't find your pieces, you REALLY can't find them. Like, you'd think with how much the deck abuses gomamon that it'd be easier to grab the things you need, but no. The deck needs a proper searcher (which we do get in BT18). Also, my removal of choice is Great Malestrom. It only targets one digimon instead of all, but bottom decks that target which is much better removal than just bouncing. Also, it costs the same as sea of destruction when you tuck a source, which is great because you want to tuck sources under Xianpengmon anyways.

Definitely a sauce video, but a heads up: Having the On Play/When Digivolving not be Once Per Turn doesn't matter. You can't activate the Digivolve more than once a turn, you can't Play AND Digivolve the same card in the same turn, and the On Play also functions even when it IS Once Per Turn, since each time it is played, it is technically a "different card". Edit: Nevermind! It doesn't matter NOW, but on the off chance we get a way to use an On Play/When Digivolving Effect as a Main Effect or sum such ala Rina or Magna X, that WOULD be excellent.

​@@Zubagon Still, I think it's a good thing to note in the unlikely event that fish get a card like BT11 Rina. Then you would be able to use the digivolution effect twice or more.

@@cthulhuscat442 You know what, true! I hadn't thought about that. Same thing with Magna X! He can activate his When Digi effect twice on the turn he evolves BECAUSE it isn't once per turn, which I hadn't considered. Definitely a pro then! For future support. Hypothetically. XD

i will build a deck using these cards. i know it is not great into the current meta, i just want the core, to adapt when that ultimate support comes, and the decks becomes meta. i love seadramon. and i will start building the deck in januari 2025. i started in april 2024, own 3 decks atm, beelzemon, BG imerial, mastemon in the ex6 format (future proofing this message) i ran out of funding to spend before christmass, need to save up for that holyday. once that is over, this deck is on the menu.

Apparently it is Sauce, sorta, someone apparently took 8th at a Regional with this deck. One of the main points the person said on it is that, no one knows how it works, all the Meta decks, everyone knows, not this deck.

1. Itd be nice if the deck got an option similar to legend arms that let u tuck in an extra source, then lets u play out from sources when the digimon would be removed. Its not protection per se, but its something. 2. Im hoping if they did do like a full x line for the deck itd help give a lot more sauce. Easier to play our from sources when twice as many sources in the stack, more inerhitables that can help it compete with meta, gigaseadramon could be tyrantbug level good for the deck. Thatd be cool

This is a for fun deck. Still love it
