Gonna Be At Tommorow's Game. Call Me Crazy If You Want But... I think we are gonna Win Tommorow's Game. The reason being is because of 2 reasons - 1. The Cross Country Trip For LA and 2. Despite The Rams being 7 - 2 since thier bye week they still have a lot of injuries and I honestly the Rams could be in for a Trap game and especially knowing how cold supposedly it's gonna be at MetLife tommorow afternoon. NFC West is a very tight Division, Rams are tied with the Seahawks at 8-6 and only one game up on the 7-7 Cardinals. Rams are 4-3 on the road, so better than average. Would like to see the Jets win this one but the odds are against it, Rams will be too motivated here with only 3 games left. Still, the Jets do have a long history of being spoilers.

Just finished writing a book on the Jets-Jags review, so I'll try to keep this shorter. Besides, I still need to get presents for my niece and my mother, so I need to hit the stores instead of the keyboard. 😀 Aaron Rodgers shoulders a lot of blame for this offense that I think is undeserved because the line just isn't capable of allowing him to do what he can do. The line held fairly firm against the Jaguars suspect D line, opening holes and protecting Rodgers pretty well. The Rams defense won't make it as easy on them so I expect Rodgers and the offense as a whole to struggle a lot more than last week. They can still potentially be competitive if the defense can get some lucky breaks, but Stafford isn't Mac Jones and isn't likely to be off target to make for easy picks (I don't think Mac Jones is bad, I just think he needs his game skills refined). As I said in my book on the Jags game, there's a chance that the Jets could get a surprise win against the Rams like they did against the Texans, but it's not a great chance as the Rams have too many offensive playmakers, and playing from behind, which is the position I believe the Jets will be in, puts too much pressure on the O Line that they can't handle which means Rodgers won't be able to make his magic. I just hope that, whatever the score, the line can continue to build rapport for the future of the team and become a cohesive unit. They did well shifting to change blocking patterns against the Jags, which was an improvement but may again have been a reflection of their opponents. A stronger, better O line is the only way this offense gets better, ever.

What version of the Jets?! 🤔 Almost every time the Jets play a good game and you think they turned the corner, they come out and lay an egg. Some factors that *might* play in their favor: (1) Rams coming cross country for a 10 a.m. (their time) game, (2) mid-teens wind chill temps, and (3) sandwiched betw 2 division rivals - Niners and Cards - trap game? Logic says Rams by double-digits, but as the cliche' goes, that's why they play the games.

I know some fans are hoping we tank for better draft picks. But if we can win out these last 3 games(especially gainst the Rams & Bills) that would be HUGE for confidence & momentum going into the offseason after an otherwise frustrating season.

Yeah its not as black and white as tank or win out. I think it’s a lot to consider, because I take your point on momentum and taking something into the new season. But also I don’t think we take a r1 QB this year and we aren’t desperate for a travis hunter type prospect so lets say we have for arguments sake the no6 overall we can trade down and flip that for an extra second or something and help build out the roster which could be primed for a QB next year. It’s a nuanced debate both sides have merit imo.
