?????....judge??? Its an indictment from FBI, DOJ & SEC....This case will be over by July 2025. Adani will not go to jail, but will have to pay a penalty of at least USD 750 million to USD 1 billion. Of course, SBI is there to pay that for the group and we as tax payers will bear the cost.

For me Adani case is a serious one because he is close aide of our PM Modi and he has bribed NON BJP states - so both ruling and opposition keeps quiet. If someone who know what's really happened they would know the seriousness of this case. In short : Adani has sucked hard earned tax money of common Indian from the government by bribing them . The volume which it happened has made it so serious plus the kind of favours done to him by government .

This case will go away as soon administration goes away. Adani rise happened before modi and he planned this meticulously and made deals with non bjp govts.
