About 25 years ago at the grocery store I had used for a long time, the cashier said to me "I wish I had your printing machine" or something to that effect. I asked what she meant. She pointed out that every time I shopped I paid with $100 bills. That never crossed my mind as it was simply a matter of I didn't use plastic or checks and would always go to the bank which was in the same shopping center right before shopping for groceries and get a few $100 bills so I'd have shopping/spending money for a couple of weeks without my wallet being stuffed full of smaller bills right off. She made me super self conscious and a bit paranoid because I have been in stores several times when someone was trying to pass fake bills and saw what happens. After that I made a point of avoiding her lane. But more than once just as I was next in line she would take over that checkout and lo and behold of course I had a $100 bill lol.

Actually, I'd say we disliked each other mostly... but in the last few months, he had been doing better, and we had been talking. He died at 33, I still feel numb, or at least I hope it's numb and not just nothingness. At times I feel like a monster for not being emotionally destroyed by this loss. I mean, when my parents divorced I was practically the dad of the house. The first time he got drunk he was sick and I had to lay there with him. I remember so many arguments over dumb stuff, and now he is just, dead. It's crazy. My mom is a wreck. My step dad is also suffering from dementia that started after a trucking accident he had. So my mom is also dealing with that. I know she is really bad off, because she will call me telling me so. I feel awful for her. Anyway, I'm glad this guy was able to reclaim his life and prove that regardless of what happens in your youth it is within your own power to rewrite your future... At 5 robberies, we were super worried and my brother, and I started to ask how much further is this going to go? We're not superheroes. We're not here to save the world. That's clear now. Lol. I Feel you, man. I'm not hating on ya.I'm just saying 😅😅😅

That’s why I legally carry my own every where I go- because you are always your own first responder. When seconds count- cops are moments away and possibly longer. Last time I called cops for a neighbor shooting it was 45 minutes before they arrived. So be responsible for your safety, cops do clean up/ reports, investigations and arrests after the crime

Dude telling us the reason insurance is high bc the jewelers over state their losses… blaming it on them instead of blaming it on himself for stealing it in the first place. What a narc.

I guess you missed the part about him saying he was on drugs. Which ultimately was his undoing bc 1 of his dealers turned him in after he got busted. Usually that’s how most criminals meet their demise! Most ppl have no problem singing like a canary in order to save their own asses. And I know firsthand bc I had it happen to me too.

I finally figured a crime that happened in the 90's, thanks. A little late to tell the cops about it, the criminal was old and frail even back then.... Still this series will help citizens point it out to cops!!

The cash counter noise is more than I can take. My goodness, a clever idea but too much is too much. The Knoxville counterfeiter: I really enjoyed your interview with Matt Cox a couple of months ago …. It was more personal and just as or more informative… Glad you’re doing well these days except unfortunately for your marriage. I’m sure that hurts .

Question: Why didn’t they stop the drugs from the start? I mean if I knew who was selling the drugs? Then the police should surely know.. Answer: because they don’t want to stop the drugs.. The government makes money off of the drug flow. Because they could have stopped drugs a long time ago.

I agree. I grow up im Chicago in the hood. Every day I would pass the traphouse going to school. It was there for years. They weren't even trying to hide it. As I got older, I realized if I, a kid knew where the trap house was, the police knew too and didn't care.
