I think if ChatGPT turns down one request for whatever reason, it's more likely to turn down the next requests, so it's better to refresh. I don't know why. I was trying to do the most absurd role play with it and it turned the request down, so I said "okay well then do the same thing but without this" and it just wouldn't do it. I refreshed and asked the exact same thing and it was like "sure no problem"
