In this video I show how to change out the fuel pump on your Can Am Commander. My 2019 Can Am commander quit on me while I was bush hogging the field. I let it cool for an hour or so and it would turn over, but not fully crank. After doing some research thanks to the Forum below I was able to determine that the possibility of it being the fuel pump was high.

Yes I replaced the fuse one time and it blew as soon as I cranked it. So I replaced the pump.

Hey brother where is the fuel pressure regulator located?

It is located right beside where the fuel pump goes into the top of the gas tank. If you scroll to 25:20 on my video you will see a clear/white tube coming across the top of the gas tank that black piece should be your fuel pressure regulator. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching.

Im fairly certain u have no clue what ur doing. First thing u should have done was made sure the battery was good and charged. The fuel pump gets its power from the battery. If the battery is week the fuel pressure will be low. Next with a good battery you should have done a pressure test that would have determined if there was a problem. Rather it be pump or regulator, filter or even a relay. You can not tell if a pump is pad by looking at it unless theres a break in the caseing or something 99% of the time a fuel pump would just be worn out and theres no visual inspection gona show that. Its submerged in gas it gets no weather. No rain no sun ect. So its not gona show visually. A pressure test is the only way to know if its bad and u dont need to take the pump out to do that. No that filter did not look dirty. If u got it running yet take it appart amd look at it again since uve put fuel through it.. itll look just like the last one. Also i cant figure out of u used the right terminalogy in the beginning. U said the engine wont turn over.. theres a differance between not turning over and not starting. If it didnt turn over why would u think fuel pump.. that would likely be an electrical problem. Starter.. ignition switch... WEAK BATTERY!!! A bad connection. A bad ignition switch.. a bad neautral safety switch.. starter relay.. now if the engine were turning over but not starting now we check for fuel pressure theres a spec it needs to fall into. Look it up.. but if it has fuel pressure check for spark n go from there if a strong spark is present it could be a compression issue.. that could be an head gasket or a burnt valve a cracked head ect. Intake, ignition, compression, exhaust.. remember that. Check for fuel, check for spark, check for compression last but not least check for exhaust it could bre clogged up. It has to be able to breath.. just as u have to get air in u gotta get air out. Ur air filter is included in intake make sure its clean and dry. Its hard to get air through a soaked filter.
