I cannot get my back spring to move a millimeter. And suggestions? I’ve tried WD40 but still nothing. Currently using a spanner wrench.

Lift the bike to release the tension in the spring

You must weigh 100lbs if you want it that soft. Obviously you don't fear bottoming out in the rear.

You can tighten the 600 Ryker spring too, stiff ride but stable 🤷🏾‍♂️

Pros: Lower center of gravity, increased stability, better cornering, less counter steering, higher G forces. Cons: Reduced ride comfort on bumpy roads.

Why would you use WD-40? It is not a lubricant at all it's a Water Displacement solvent. WD=Water Displacement

Provides a bit of lubrication, yet without leaving grease behind, as it's drying. Oil lubricant and grease will remain, trap dirt and might allow for movement in these part, which you don't want.
