I have to say installed this kit on my 2022 rt limited and love the look it offers. UNFORTUNIITLY the led fender leds are not perfected i have 200 miles on the kit and the left side upper yellow leds are messing up 2 center led lights and two toward the rear of the lens will not lite all the time . I saw one other KZbin complaining of the same and thought to my self well i have a warrantee well my spyder is not used that much now the warrantee is expired I do not plan on purchasing more sets due to the problems these leds r having.

I got a set of these for my 2020 RT Limited they lasted about 6 mounts then started to lose random LED's then the left side lost all LED display but if I indicated to the left it would light up Very disappointing I had at the same time put lights on My FS Limited they are still working fine Go figure.

That grease and tape won't succesfully keep water away. Eventually the contacts will corode. A waterproof plug is the only solution.

Really want to purchase these but I need to check Maryland laws (hopefully flashing versus blinking is addressed) first - will post update if/when I find out. Keep up the great install videos and products for 2020+ can-am spyder RTs

For anyone that's curious, the torque spec (according to the manual) for the fender bolts is 18 +/- 3 lb-ft. Note that the manual says new bolts are required, however, I put some blue locktite on it and called it a day. I do not recommend replacement as they are not TTY (torque to yield) bolts. They had yellow thread lock on them when I pulled them out, so put some light to medium thread lock (NOT RED) and you can reuse the bolts.

May I suggest you make an updated video showing how the wiring is done or what it looks like when there are multiple light modifications installed. Front and back. I'm looking to add the rear break flasher and the driver floorboard lights. Over time I want to add more so knowing what the wiring requirements will help.

Hello, we didn't do one video for multiple lighting mods at once because there's too much ground to cover, which may be overwhelming to watch for some viewers. It'd also be an extremely long video to watch for those that only want to add one lighting mod out of the group. We do however have a video for each independent mod so that you can watch them through as your schedule allows. If you plan on running our floorboard lights.. you'll need our 1:2 front fender power harness located here: www.slingmods.com/canam-spyder-f3-rt-front-fender-expansion-power-harness-2019-up If you plan on adding more front end single or dual color LED lighting, such as our front or rear facing dual a-arm strips, you'll also need our 1:4 splitter that allows you to run up to 4 LED front end lighting mods off of that 1:2 front fender power harness. That can be found here: www.slingmods.com/canam-spyder-led-power-expansion-harness The rear end lighting is independent from the front end. All of the rear end lighting mods use Plug N Play connectors, so that you can add one or daisy chain multiple mods on the same bike. I hope this helps. Had these on my '22 RT and they almost lasted a year. For the money and the install time, you'd think they would last... But no. They actually wanted to charge me to replace. Not playing that game again. I have ShowChrome fender lights now, and I know they'll last, had them on my '17. I'll also mention that the afterburner light I got also died out about the same dang time. Disappointed to say the least.

Nice set of lights but instructions should include the fact that there are left and right red lights. I followed these instructions to the T and tested prior to taping everything up but didn’t notice that the red lights were cycling in the opposite direction of the amber running lights. I noticed the lights cycling in opposite directions once everything was installed. My bad for not noticing before reassembling.

There is NO NEED to remove the fender, which is a pain in the butt. Remover the tire, and remove the panel nut. Drill the hole, wipe the fender with alcohol install the wire thru the hole, secure the light. Run and tie wrap the wire. Install the wheel. One heck of a lot easier.

Yes, you could absolutely remove the wheel instead of removing the fender. Based on our phone conversations with customers, most are not comfortable removing the wheel so our video shows an alternative route to installation while keeping the bike on the ground. Thanks for the feedback!

Will not fit my 2023 RT Limited I have a steel frame underneath so I cannot drill through it but they say it will fit 2019+

Can Arm Spider Front Fender Sequential LED Turn Indicator (2019+) I purchased it in September and attached it. Since May 22, LED lights have broken down one by one. 6 lights at the beginning of the right / 3 lights at the center of the left It won't get stuck. I request an A/S.

Hello Bill, for the 2020+ RT & RTL you will have a 100% Plug N Play connection at the fender harness. Only the 2019 RT & RTL Models will require an additional turn signal wire to be run up to the side view mirror on each side of the bike. Thank you!

Is the red rear light so bright, that it imparts your viewing at night. By this I mean the glare from the LED light for the driver.

I have a F3 Limited, and installed the A-arm lights. They get very warm. Will the fender light handle the current load of the A-arm lights on the 2019 and 2020 models?

Hello Mark, yes on the 2019+ models the A-Arm lights are designed to plug directly into the optional 1:2 splitter that comes off the fender harness.

@@Slingmods well it was closer to 7/16 maybe a tad smaller, the white connector needs to go through hole

@@Slingmods way too small - I had to go up 2 bit sizes to make it work. The 7/32 is only big enough to barely get the plug through. What it doesn't account for is the wide plastic pin connector.

@@Slingmods thanks and hopefully folks noting. For you guys and gals at SlingMods - I absolutely love the lights, very nice look when it's complete! But as I know it's been mentioned before, please please please update your videos! Beyond for the obvious, it's because (1) as we're addressing, if something has changed on the specs, customers will appreciate knowing and having the right tools, and (2) this one is just as important - the product comes with no installation instructions! So we are depending on your videos as install guidelines! I realize that it may be more for entertainment and we should have things professionally installed, but when spending lots on a product, the last thing anyone wants to do is spend even more on installation fees. Making the install videos seem so simple is a good confidence booster, but they are rarely as simple as our man Brandon makes them seem! So please consider updating most videos to accommodate newer models and changes. The products and the SlingMods company is awesome - one of the best places to get your fix of Can Am and Slingshot accessories! We could use a little more help on installation videos to get folks successfully putting on their mods. Thanks much guys!

Sling Mod y'all have a major problem with these lights. I purchased four sets for two F3 one F3T and Ryker. On all the Bikes the LED lights started going out less than within 2 months. Ryker person returned his and his new set is starting to burn out again. Nothing but junk... 🤬🤬🤬
