Yes indeed, one heckuva year, Adam, and I doubt we'll ever see another Spyder channel that had the "explosive" start you experienced. And then to completely replace and rebuild a Spyder engine, and then a 2nd Spyder. I would have been done at the "kaboom" !! Congratulations on your 1st year YT journey, and I'm sure you & Sharon are going to enjoy the riding adventure adventures ahead. 👊😁👍

Alberta Canada were we are about 30 minutes north of Calgary ( home of the stampede). We ride a 2020 Spyder RTL chrome model in Marsala metallic red, with lots of upgrades on it! So much fun every time we go out. Congrats on getting to your one year anniversary! Ride safe, regards Stephen.

@ yeah for sure, but not the same as it used to be since they had to make some changes due to safety concerns. Which has taken some of the excitement away. But still a thrill to be seen. Regards Stephen.

First time watching your video, watch purple on three and coach bob, I am from St. Louis, been riding my Spyder for over 3 months, my very first , newby riding. Already put 1000+ miles on my spyder. In my first 3 months, besides buying my F3, bought new leather jacket, riding boots and gloves, my helmet and comm for my helmet. All you guys and your videos inspire me to be a better rider.

Wow, one year already! Doesn't seem that long ago I was thinking this guy's nuts if he thinks he can fix that Spyder 😂 How wrong I was 😊 SO glad you're enjoying the fruits of your labour, you deserve it! I've never seen anyone tear down a Spyder that far AND put it back together so it works 😮 I remember watching you in that tent (bald head in the freezing cold) and thinking I'm SO glad it's him and not me 😂😂 ENJOY!!!

I was thinking I was a bit crazy at some points in the repair, and maybe I was. It is so good when it was finally completed. Now the wife gets to reap the fruits of my labor and it is so satisfying. I love when she is riding next to me on it and I can see her smile. That in itself is the biggest payoff. Thank you for sticking with me on the journey!

Good to see you out and about again and I equally enjoy both the ride out's and the mechanical side of the videos. I recently heard about a recall issue with the front sprocket shearing off, I am not sure if you already know about it but there have been some recalls for certain models affected? Anyway, keep up the good work and see in the next one, did you once say you worked as a fire officer or could that have been another vlogger? Thanks , Mike 🙂

Hi Mike! Thank you. I did get the recalls for both Spyders. I think they both need the pulley recall too. I will be sure to do a video on it when they get around to figuring out their solution. I am a firefighter lieutenant on an on call department. I've been doing that for the last 28 years.
