The guest interviews are interesting but feel too lengthy. I would suggest that ThinkSchool prioritize shorter business case studies, ideally under 30 minutes. While this approach was common before, the frequency of such case studies has significantly declined recently. I found them more engaging and always looked forward to watching them.

Hi..Shifting to a language other than English should be controlled by the interviewer. Please keep this in mind or else add subtitles in those instances when it's felt the flow of the speaker will be interrupted.

No other big channel has brought this level of quality to podcasts. Most just bring guests, have a casual chat, ask about their business models, and move on-they’re good, but you’re doing the real work. You break down their businesses point by point, covering aspects like unit economics, distribution channels, and even details like how they operate their franchise models. This approach truly helps us gain deeper insights and practical knowledge about starting and growing a business. This is exactly what India needs right now-not fancy English talks filled with technical jargon that 90% of viewers can’t even relate to. Hats off to you! We wouldn’t mind even if you made 4-hour-long podcasts with this level of knowledge. I really enjoyed your Anaarc podcast with TechBurner, but I got the chance to comment here. Please continue to maintain this quality and dive even deeper into entrepreneurs’ approaches so aspiring founders like us can learn and grow. Thanks again!

Jayen Mehta as an IRMA alumni, shows why institutes like IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand) was/is needed against the traditional MBAs of IIMs/foreign Ivy league colleges. Such deep connections with the ground and insights on both supply (Farmers) and demand (Consumers), married with humbleness, knowledge and attention to details. As an IRMA alumni, it has been an honour to be taught by faculties like him and get chance to interact as a fellow IRMAn. Also, Brilliant work to make it look like a free-flowing conversation, Ganesh. It requires to master the art of preparation to made it look effortless ! One of the best podcust of Think School, for sure.

@@Quantum_Whisper_Thread if you are talking about GCMMF (Amul) , then both Dr Kurien and Trivubandas Patel should get equal credit. Dr Kurien was the Architect, Trivubandas Patel led people's movement. Both of them were instrumental. But to have the vision of creating multiple organizations (NDDB, IRMA etc) and scaling up- credit goes to Dr Kurien.

@@sibadittyabaidya59 Dr. Kurian is true genius and real hero of the nation and humility. There is no doubt. But unfortunately probably his own organisation and their people don't want to talk about. My dad was one of the founding employee of one of the District processing unit of Valsad-Navasari district. (Vasudhara Dairy) I have been aware of how things work here right from my childhood. What stuck in my mind was a conversation I had with him. So in District processing unit, you have broadly three verticals (My understanding). One manages dairy plant (procurement, QA, packing and distribution), One that looks after village cooperatives (Closely works with farmers, provide free Animal health care and Animal husbandry services - My. dad was in this department - A veterinarian) and then Accounts/HR department. I told my dad that the most important department is one that manages dairy plant, because they process and sell milk. And he replied, the most important is his department that looks after Animal health, farmers because that is the reason of dairy's existence. This is motto that every Amul employee keeps in their mind - Welfare of the farmers and their lives stock.
