Thanks much. I’ve had my Dreo for a few months now, thanks to you. I’ve done large cuts and even a rack of lamb and the Dreo cooks them perfectly every time. Amazing.

You are a lucky man, Dante. I’m in Thailand and I would have to sell a kidney to be able to get a piece of meat like that here. It’d have to be an Australian import and, even then, I’d never find anything cut so thick.

Thank you for the tip on the grinder. I bought some of the redmond smoked salt and it is delicious but I struggle with biting into my steak after it has been seasoned before cooking with that salt and it's still like biting into gravel. I will have to find myself some grinders for my three bottles of redmonds.

Just watched your "125 days on Lion Diet" short. Appreciate the encouragement. It's been great watching the transformation.

I use the air fryer reverse sear method. Air fry first to internal 115-120 degrees...then to the frying pan to crust.

Chef Maker does a great job overall, however the probe is inconsistent. Started using it with the Meater probe. Cooking 2+ in steaks on full broil at 450 flipping halfway through is ideal. Perfect crust, texture, color!

I dont know if i can eat my meat red inside like that. If the blood is still noticeable .. that would take some getting used to
@FerrignoFreedom16 сағат бұрын
I understand, but keep in mind that’s not blood. Blood is drained from the veins and arteries at slaughter. The juice you see in meat is myoglobin.
@edennis857816 сағат бұрын
@@FerrignoFreedomI'm dubious. I've had to sit at a table with a man eating a rare steak and blood was running all over his plate. It was gross.

today is 10 months on Lion Diet. I have been cooking my steaks on a frying pan but it is making everything greasy. I am looking at getting your same air fryer to help with that.

Great video, thank you. Do you have any tips for reheating steaks, and keeping them moist?

Just curious but have you ever looked at the Anova Combi oven??

I have. Looks amazing. I may have to reach out to them someday.

Really enjoy your cooking videos. Lol. Btw, Dreo has a new rack. Stainless steel vs non-stick. Don't know why they switched it? Cheaper for them? Anyway, I got one. I'm not sure if because of it or because of new update, but my char seems better.

@JakeCottrell-w2r18 сағат бұрын
That used to happen to me too. KZbin has a lot of problems. Sometimes I can't see replies to comments either
@Kyarrix17 сағат бұрын
@JakeCottrell-w2r how do I fix it? It was just a comment talking about the air fryer and how I wanted one. They are on sale on the Dreo website and I want to support Dante so I said maybe I'll buy it on their website and give him $50 on patreon, there was nothing objectionable in the comment at all. I am a supporter of his. I don't understand why it would have been removed or not posted.

Anything with a link needs to be reviewed by me first because porn spammers leave tons of posts. The problem is if you type a sentence with a period at the end of the last word and the next word doesn’t have a space between it and the period, KZbin thinks it’s a link. I will check to see if your comment is waiting for review.

@FerrignoFreedom but there wasn't a link I just referred to the company selling it for cheaper, no links!

@@Kyarrix yeah, I didn’t see a comment held for review for you after I replied earlier. KZbin is a mystery with regard to this. 🤷🏻
