I think the stats are fair, he just needs to remove poisebreaks. Chaos silver moon made a video of midir fighting placifudax where they didn't have poise breaks and they would often have different results with mote fun fights

If i wanted to be more nitpicky i could also argue making Midir immune to Frostbite and Scarlet rot is also dumb because it puts the bosses that rely on them at a heavy disadvantage, either way the Midir glaze is insane

No. midir just had very very high stance damage.even in dark souls 3 boss vs boss. If you nerf midir because of its stance breaks then you have to nerf Godfrey, crucible knights rennala etc.

Dark souls fans take their bosses, buff them to the max (more health, damage negation, damage output) to the point where the elden Ring bosses stand no chance. then put them against normal elden Ring bosses and ds3 being the annoying community they are say it's completely justified.

Midir HP pool is tiny compared to elden ring HP pools because of that. So they balance it out by giving midir the appropriate amount of HP to actually have his move set make the difference

Midir in DS3 has 15,860 HP, which is alot but compared to the DLC Bosses in Elden Ring it's pretty low. For reference, Divine Beast Dancing Lion has 22,571 HP, which even then is on the low end, Bayle has 41,612 HP.
