He banished the armies of Radahn and Godrick, stopped Rykard with the siege of Volcano Manor and helped Rykard's former men in addition to freeing Misbegotten and Omens and hunted down several Omem Killers, this explains why Altus Platus is full of them although those who live in the sewer are afraid, in the end Godfrey would be proud of him the most despised became the most worthy of the throne. I wanted it to have an ending where we restored the old crucible and Morgott and Godfrey stayed alive

We don't know. We don't even actually know if radahn is or isn't under miquella's charm. Miquella, malenia and radahn made an oath at one point. Malenia, right before nuking caelid and radahn, whispered to him "miquella awaits thee, o promised consort". So radahn probably made a deal with miquella and malenia to at one point become miquella's consort in exchange for something. Maybe the battle itself was what radahn wanted as he is a warlord and lives for the honor of battle and war. But it could also be that radahn was rebelling and that's why he fought with malenia so miquella might have charmed him afterwards. But short answer: he might be completely sane or completely under mind control, we don't know.
