As a Bok fan, I'm not counting any chickens just yet. Argentina is inconsistent, but when they hit their highs, they can be lethal.

I just wanna see how the Boks will beat Los Pumas with two different teams. I think Rasie should send the strongest team to Argentina for a win and finish them off with an experimental squad on the return leg. If the Boks get a bonus point in Argentina, the whole thing is over.

A second string will be sent to Argentina to give the first team a rest. It'll be presented in the media as an 'insult' to the Argentinians in the same way that the Boks fielding a second string against the Aussies was apparently 'insulting' to them. I think this second string loses a tight game, giving the Pumas a whiff of glory that is blown away in the return fixture. This would be the likely outcome of the South Africa of old - losing a match they're expected to win having won two matches some predicted they would lose. But this new team is special and the sheer number and variety of talent in every position on the park is unprecedented. Rest of the world beware: rugby is close to becoming a national sport in SA and when it does we'll need to petition World Rugby to allow us to field two teams in every comp ;D

All those people going the All Blacks coulda, shoulda won, must remember that for 60 minutes in both games the Boks were trying a new system right in the cauldron of a titanic test match. Even though they were not playing well they still won with composure at the end. It is scary to think what they will do once that system begins to work!

I am taking the missus to the Sydney test, ABs vs Aus, go the All Blacks. Last game in Sydney I went to, the Argies beat us (november 2020), thanks for nothing Fozzie. Don't let me down Razor!

About time the Boks won the championship. They have been trying for long enough. Ridiculous how AB are being criticised for losing both games against the Boks. Despite rebuilding they are in pretty good shape. Certainly do not want to drop a game against OZ. But that is always possible as is a win for Pumas against the Boks. Big question for me, is it true AB including a few overseas players would destroy the local comp? Not sure it would make a lot of difference, or could it?

Boks are literrally ticking all the Bok'es. All Blacks are currently in a rebuilding phase. I want to see how the Boks do against Ireland & France later in the year should they play against them. I will not be surprised if they finish first.

The AB's have gone down the last 4 against us, and have lost 3 out of 4 games already. I think the Aussies will be back strong by next year, but for now they'll face a New Zealand side looking to make amends and re-establish their ruthless and clinical reputation. After their last record breaking loss, it's going to be a few weeks of real character building for the Wallabies. I don't envy them at all.

If we lose the game in Argentina, you can be sure that the home game will be won - on hurt pride. If we don't - we have won the RC and might just lose the home game. Our strongest selection should go to Argentina. We do not want a home decider.

South Africa is not losing 2 against the Argies You can be sure of that I don't take them lightly they're a great side they can win at home or even draw It all depends on what Rassie does who he plays and how they play

Argentina has a fair shot I think. Their forward pack is rock solid with quality players everywhere. Going to be rocks or Diamonds with those guys though. We haven't seen a proper 15 vs 15 Springbok vs All Blacks game at a neutral venue or on NZ soil for 2 seasons, so I think the Springbok dominance over them is kind of an illusion. Ireland obviously have done it, and given they drew a series with the Springboks in South Africa that's kind of a win imo

@@rugbyanalyst For my money, no, not that other green team. I mean, outside of the Southern Hemisphere sides, I'd rate France and Ireland to be capable of pipping the Boks on any given day depending on form and fortune. But only England I'd consider able to have the Boks' number.

Boks will win this year. It’s only a matter of time. And it’s about time they start to win it consistently. This will only be their 5th win in 28 years. It’s a poor record for a rugby super power. Next year NZ will take it back though
