I don't know if it's troll or not, but dying early saves a lot lot of time. By the time your passive dies you're usually already ready to go. If you were to recall first you look for a safe spot to recall ~5 seconds, press b and recall 8 seconds, recover mana hp ~5 seconds. If you die to push in the wave and you manage to go back to lane, you're paying 300 gold to get into lane where the wave is not yet pushed back under your tower, your opponent is low and forced to use his teleport. Other option is you play safe, you let your opponent push you in, you drop cs under tower, you get poked down. Because the wave is under your tower and it's gonna be pushing back into opponent you're forced to use tp early into the game, and when you get pushed in again you eventually recall with wave under your tower. The game doesn't reward you for being behind, but because fiora was ahead the game punished her and one death was enough to even out the gold

Babus team threw that game hard, they should have recalled when all of them were low health but decided to greed and push tower. Resulting in Fiora to get easy kills. Also their team just seem to have players that are just really bad at positioning themselves, while also having a problem with picking losing fights. But at the same time, playing against a good Fiora is just annoying, especially one that's just getting free kills.

its annoying to him because he's constantly watching some of the best pro players in solo que create all these huge advantages and carrying games by themselves and then babus is over here winning not necessarily by carrying games in the traditional style, but just completely obliterating every objective on the map. there are indeed times he ints real hard, but he's almost ALWAYS up in CS, his wave management is rediculous, and a lot of the times his deaths create opportunities on the other side of the map that his team can take advantage of. OR his team is doing something on one side and then babus just...takes a tower or gets a random ass solo kill because sion's scaling with AD and health is truely rediculous. or he's climbed higher than midbeast can and he just hates the int-to-win strat. xD there's not many that could pull this off the same way as consistently effective as babus does. not simping for simon, dude just knows that deaths arent everything and objectives and macro win games.

Let’s not forget that babus is probably one of the best top lanes in the game atm and has a very deep understanding of the role, I mean he is a challenger in euw playing sion top… if you can do that then you are probably at the same skill level as tenacity who just spams extremely meta champs that have almost no counter play and will run wild with even a small lead

You could buy anti heal if you actually had a chance of beating fiora, but as sion you are lucky to drop her to half hp before she kills you. Babus is smart and knows the only path to winning against a fiora is to push tower, get plates, maintain a lead and hopefully get your team ahead, but even with him leaning very well fiora still can take the smallest lead and just run wild with it, the amount of counter play to her is ridiculously small for how over tuned she is
