I really enjoy your Sunday updates, I have been involved in student housing in Melbourne, I will look up some stuff that might help you out. One thing you may to add to your next student property. If you design a separate electrical meter (or gas) for each room you can contain your power expenditure for each tenant. It will cost more to invest in the separate meters but if you spreadsheet it you will be quids ahead in a couple of years.

Yes these are good on HMOs with professional or tenants on individual contracts. Our tenants sign a joint AST so all are equally liable for bills if the go over the cap we have, as it’s bills all included

Wish we used them light blocks in ireland all we have is heavy heavier and break you back by 10. Its bs on a job only doing brickwork and when i get home i can actually do stuff. I should go over there for a few years and get a brit pension. Keep up the good work lads. 👏

Another grate video Everytrade (I havent been watching for some time as i have had work commitments as i am on shift work as i work, i won't be disclosing the job i do for protection resions) also incase @EveryTrade hasn't seen my comment on the episode where Alex had to do the hole episode solo he did an amazing job and i bet it wasn't easy but he did amazing job. Grate videos lads keep up the grate work (i have also lost track of which episode is which day now so i am just jumping through them all.)

Reusing the insulation isn’t even tight in my opinion, it’s just good common sense. Like you say, save on skip fees, saves your costs, saves the environment a little. Just good management.

I recently watched your show and noticed a positive shift in your delivery, especially during the conversation at the desk with KTM. You seemed more natural and less focused on a party-like atmosphere. Well done! However, I'd recommend avoiding the sexual innuendo about the wife, as it detracted from the overall experience. Instead, consider emulating what D.&J. does with Stevie - showcasing progress on-site with a natural pace rather than rushing. This approach could make the show more engaging and educational for viewers. Additionally, it would be beneficial to highlight some of the products you use, explaining why you choose high-quality items and demonstrating how they are installed or fitted. This practical insight would add great value to your show. On a personal note, I can relate to your mom’s situation. My brother had a work accident with a scaffolding pole that left him brain damaged. Our mother took care of him until her dying day, and now, following her instructions, we as brothers continue to support him. I can empathize and understand you better now. All my brothers are demons on-site for health and safety. Some of the lads think we are really anal about it until it's explained, usually with the F word, and then they understand - we don’t want to see anybody go down that road. Less of the party, more of the authentic - well done. Keep up the good work, and these adjustments could yield even greater dividends for you. Nice show!
