Ganesha *can* steal stacks now technically, any damage he does to the wave is now less damage the mage or adc can do to the minion for their own stacks, that change was basically a nerf to his passive

It just means 'activate'. Prior to this patch Arthur's basic attacks couldn't activate on-hit item effects like Bumba's Hammer but now it can!
