It's honestly pretty amazing how far smite 2 has went without some kind of game breaking bug for a character.

If you had Eros' Bow, you would've been healing allies 110hp per auto. Even at an attack speed of 1, if you're hitting each auto, that's 1100hp healed over 10s.

I think a big problem is SPL players and content players are thinking at their level of skill, not at the level of new players or average players. Especially those who are just starting the game.

I don’t know why you would want two relics in smite 2. The game allows you to choose what you would like to use making it more valuable. You can’t have one God that has all damage all defense all mobility all stuns, come on guys…. The point of the game is to be strong somewhere and weak somewhere else to balance. I also believe that having access to more wards is better. Why did they remove oracle chalace ?

I watch you mainly because you go into everything open minded and you dont just resort to calling people names. I watch some of the other creators to get different opinions so im not stuck in an echo chamber hearing things i agree with all the time. All in all, i think personally that creators have some influence to the game but i dont think as much as ragers on reddit believe. Also i think reddit is a cancer to anyone trying to find an unbiased opinion.

I think all the doomer smite posts have been an overall positive. The devs seemed to really turn it up a notch after all the complaining and listen more. I think the community’s reaction is reasonable because smite 2 should have really been delayed another year. Poor management decision made up by the hardworking Devs. I get it. It’s an alpha and isn’t a huge game studio but when smite 2 dropped it was hot Garbo and I completely understand where all the doom was coming from. Shit I was upset and even a lot of the OG smite creators went to deadlock and other games. People that poured their heart and soul into the game.

I think content creators are ruining smite 2 but not for the reasons this guys says. The changes suggested and all that are fine, some are good some are bad but really it’s more the content people are making and the content creators themselves. Honestly you’re the only consistently positive creator that feels genuine all the time. I’ve been playing smite for 10+ years and have watched weaken and others before and still do but they for the most part come off as arrogant and just a little of an asshole. They understand a lot about the game and stuff and I respect that but just not the most fun to watch and sometimes the way he interacts with his audience like I said just arrogant/egotistical a little. Also every smite content creator is doing the same stuff with their videos. 1.Smite 2 drops patch 2.Content creators praises patch say it’s game saving 3.A week goes by and everyone is making videos if the game is declining and needs an immediate update It all just feel very click batty and idk seems like every creator is doing it besides you tbh. It’s just disappointing I really feel smite 2 could be as big as any game out there but it just hasn’t gotten the attention or a content creator to really blow the game up in terms are people attracted to the game and player count

UI sucks, item store sucks, not enough gods on release, and the god balance is AWFUL - the gods who are good are BUSTED and the ones that suck are essentially unplayable. Oh and a lot of items that some gods NEEDED (Regrowth, Frostbound) are missing. Some gods are outright bugged to hell At least its pretty? I think imma pass on this until Smite 1 is dead.

Console hardware developers not innovating in the controller department for 3 generations is a huge issue for competitive games. Back buttons should be standard on controllers by now. We haven't gotten anything since L3/ R3. DualShock Touchpad is just a larger Select button that barely gets used for unique functionality/ button mapping. Just TWO additional buttons on the back would be HUGE for Mobas and Shooters. It's the future of console gaming, once you try it yourself you'd never want to go back.

It’s not all content creators just the most vocal especially inbowned and maybe weak3n. They don’t gave much good to say about it. And their viewers probably buy into their opinions. The crew I play smite with haven’t transitioned to smite 2 yet because they hear it’s not worth it.

It was the skins for me at first. It took me a while to get over that. Sadly i will not play Smite 2. The skins don't bother me anymore, but they changed the game too much. So many bad changes that graphics can't fix. They said they were just moving Smite over to a new engine, they never said they were changing everything about it except the actual gods. Strength and Intelligence? Building anything on anyone... Changing the abilities of a bunch of characters. This was never about bringing Smite to a new engine, this was about making a new game with bits and pieces they already had

I hate this take so much because I only ever see it on reddit And smite reddit is one of the worst places on the internet

So the dude that made the post actually ended up in Weak3n's stream while he was going over it, and he admitted that he just assumed pro players and content creators wanted those changes or are pushing for those changes. He also admitted that he doesnt really know and just wanted to make a post about his opinion on the opinion of content creators/pro players

Content creators are more good than bad. They’ve helped keep me more informed about the game changes and give ideas to make it more fun whenever it gets stale. 99% of the negativity I see comes from the smite reddit. I’ve been having a ton of fun but they’d have you think it’s torture to still play it

Content creators as a whole are not a problem. But when you look up smite on youtube and the biggest channels being doomerposting doublej, and nonstop raging weaken. This is exactly why smite on youtube has been hurting the community as a whole
