Shady is so bad at this job. He’s only on this show because she’s Acho’s guy. Shady will talk about how GREAT Josh Allen is while he led the league in total turnovers, but Dak is garbage because he’s a cowboy. And he has the wrong temperament. I feel like once a week he’s about one side eye away from punching someone. He gets too salty. He’s not tv talking head material…. Is Shady gonna have the “same energy,” when his beloved Eagles get smacked by Danny Dimes and the Giants?

Dave just can't resist blaming everyone else. His teammates finally made plays. Ceedee could have made catches. But Dak should have thrown better balls. "Dak made some bad throws sure, but Ceedee should have made some catches. It's fine if Dak misses some throws, though? Anytime Dak's supporting cast isn't perfect, Dak gets a pass. You know why they won that game? The defense, and especially Parsons had Brady crapping his pants. Anytime he saw #11 even look like he was going to beat his man that ball came out. Either at the feet of his nearest receiver or he threw it before the receiver had even gotten to the point he had decided on his choice route and they weren't on the same page. They kept zigging and Brady was throwing to the Zag. The Oline was giving Dak great protection and when a receiver wasn't open right away he was able to roll out away from the pressure because the Bucs were crashing down on the run. Not taking anything away from what Dak did, he played great, but his teammates made it very easy for him. Anytime a QB completes that high of a percentage of his passes, especially after 2x 3 and outs to start the game where he didn't complete a single pass, then the QB virtually always had somewhere to go with the ball and had the time to find someone open. All I've heard in the losses is the receivers don't get separation, the oline is great at run blocking but worst in the league at pass blocking. The receivers are causing Dak's interceptions. The defense isn't as good as when Cooper rush was playing. Blah, blah, blah. It's not going to be as easy against the Niners. Purdy can actually avoid the pass rush and isn't afraid to take a hit to deliver the ball. The Niners can run the ball. Shanahan is the master of misdirection which has been the Achilles heal of the Cowboys defense. The Niners have playmakers. They haven't faced anyone like McCaffery. He and Deebo are like guarding 4 players with everything they can do. This is going to be different this week and they all need to step up again. Because Dak's not going to single handedly win a game, any game, never mind against a team like the Niners. And how about some respect for Van der Esche and the difference he made in his return to the defense by getting them set up in the proper alignments to make plays. Never mind his own individual contributions. Not only did he lead the team in tackles but he also had 2 passes defensed. And both of them Brady was lucky LVE can't catch or they would have been picks. After the game Brady congratulated him and told him to go and get his picks this week. Brady knew what LVE did out there and showed him respect. But all we hear about from Dave is Dak.

On the other hand, I trust our defense to pur pressure and rattle Purdy to a level that he still has not seen yet. Let DLaw or Micah get to him once or twice in the 1st quarter and that'll do. Cowboys will play to change a 30 year history.

They had this same subject the next week and Shady was right Daks ints cost them the game, Joy no longer thinks Dak is capable of winning with the Cowboys, and Acho went from VERY high to no confidence. Run when necessary, take a sack if you have to, work the ball downfield, and keep using T.P. and Zeke in the passing game, do not force throws. The defensive secondary needs to contest every pass that is thrown their way and the D needs to tackle and wrap up and DO NOT give up Yac yards
