I’m actually weirdly optimistic about the Giants this year. It of course comes down to the offline play and how effective Jones will be. That’s if most stay healthy first. The defense has top 10 potential tho if they can wreak havoc up front.

This is probably a hot take but I like the giants TE room, it’s nothing crazy but it’s versatile. Last year giants ran some of the most 12 personnel but with Waller it was basically 11 personnel since he can’t block, but now Bellinger and Theo are both very versatile at blocking and receiving, Theo definitely a deeper threat but his rookie year Bellinger showed nice promise with catching in the flat and fighting for extra yards. Then not sure if they’ll make the 53 man but they also signed 2 blocking TEs that I don’t remember there names, but having potentially 4 TEs who all can block is a great thing to see. Also fully think Wandale is going to breakout, dude is insane, tore his ACL in the 4th quarter of his best game his rookie year, then last year you noticeably saw him getting better as the year progressed and farther away from the surgery

@@HailMarySports ya I think they could use a TE who would be a positive, but they aren’t a negative which is better than most of the online and some other positions. Also I love Theo Johnson and he was my TE2 behind bowers in this class so I’m excited for him. TE is also probably my favorite position so I would’ve been happy with bowers at 6

My take on Jones comes from the comeback win over the Cardinals. I already suspected that his problem was he can't sustain the killer or winning attitude & needs someone around to kick his butt into gear. But I don't think Daboll can or wants to be the one to do it. He's obese & I don't think his heart can take the strain. They should hire some annoying high school kid to razz him on the bench between drives. If *that* doesn't make him want to get 1st downs just so he won't have to deal with that, I don't know what will.
