Around 20 years ago in Boston, Roger Berkowitz, the CEO of Legal Seafoods at the time, guest spoke at my grad school class and told us that microwave is the best way to cook lobster. Years later I confronted Jasper White at Summer Shack and accused him of saying this, which he denied. Then I rememembered it wasn't him, it was Roger Berkowitz.

My number one quick meal after a long day is a flounder fillet with small red potatoes, onions, bell pepper, a pinch of salt and pepper, a knob of butter, and a splash of white wine cooked in my Anyday large bowl for 4mins..

I just came across these on a KZbin commercial that pops up prior to your video that you actually want to see. I'm down the rabbit hole on these...... Holy cow, they seem AMAZING!!! GREAT gift for college students, vanlifers, sailboat-lifers. I'm a little concerned about the meats in the microwave. Really?? Chicken?? It doesn't come out rubbery?? I'm thinking about giving these a whirl.
