Haven’t purchased yet -I keep reading reviews. I’ve seen a few that said rice doesn’t always cook well. Few people say “cookbook” not that helpful. I’m going to continue research - not ready to buy yet but I want to….Happy Thanksgiving all !

I notice that when she pulls the lids off she actually has to pull them off. My lids do not seem to stay down. I make sure the vent is up every time. So what is the problem with my dishes????

She's never used cornstarch before? You mix the cornstarch with a tiny bit of water to make a thick, well-combined paste and THEN you add it to the rest of the liquid. This assures you don't get clumps.
