Commando squads do do sieges sometimes, such as seen with the republic commando short story, Omega Squad: Targets. Though delta squad for sure wouldn't be leading squads in, they would all be together breaching and clearing with CG behind them.

The droids should leave with the Chancellor but they he shot down by pirates so the droids and pirates fight but also a squad of clones that were left to die after a battle get caught in the middle of the battle which they get a platoon of men so the fight for the Chancellor

Part 3 should be set on a naval battle so if the clones win then they board a drenought and try to get the counselor but if the droids win then they can attack a clone ship or they just get more uints if you stick with the clone boarding party.

I don't agree about EA but I love the content. What about a commando mission, where Delta squad has to infiltrate a CIS depot of some kind? 4 against... I dont know. 40 or so? Maybe have one or two good droids, the rest basic B-1s?

The next mission could be the clones invading a droid ship to free the chancellor with some Jedi but get a surprise when they run into a deadly bounty hunter and engage the fiend in combat.
