He had a wide stance with the high guard. David just walks forward, feet square catching with gloves or face. I believe you have to do something like Bivol did with Gilberto *the same kind of fighter as Benavidez* try to establish a bit that you are the fighter coming forward and tie up his combos and keep him in the center of the ring. if it gets to ropes, turn him and drive with your legs and push in into the ropes, forcing him to reset.

Andrade is about to show people why he never got the big fights. They didn't want that smoke. Mote risk than reward. He has better feet and is more skilled than DB.

Either of these guys could beat the other one or anyone else in the division on Any Given Saturday! The young Bennividez can beat the old Andrade in a fair fight but I don't think Andrade will fight fair! Andrade will pull every veteran trick in the book but Andrade's best days are past him but he still has a chance & is the favorite to me, by UD. If Bennividas starts stringing them together though,he's going to flatten Andrade's @$$ just like a steam roller. If Benavidaz was a rapper, his name would be "Sir Punch A lot", I just haven't seen the foot work needed to beat a prime* Andrade...but Benavidez is still a beast. Strategy Andrade : Liberal use of the check hook & left hook with left to the liver. Jab & grab in close, hang, pull & lean on Benavidez on the ropes, trap arm against the ropes & work the body with the arm you aren't blocking with, make it an ugly fight on the inside and a beautiful boxing clinic on the outside while controlling the center of the ring. Strategy Benividez : Jab, jab, fire off the combos, turn the ring into a meat grinder, fight dirty in the inside, bang Andrade's hip on the opposite side of the ref, so even he Andrade comes in floating like a butterfly, by the 5th round, he's dragging his leg like The Hunch Back of Notre' Dame. Stop all Andrade's movement, punch to chest, lungs, diaphragm, liver, thorax & abdomen. Turn up the gas & out work & beat down the older, but slicker, Andrade. Go for the KO by accumulation!

@@EDOGZ818makes sense! I think the new way refs stop fights if Andrade hurts him I wouldn’t doubt a ref will step in. Benavidez will most likely force Andrade to KO him. I believe Andrade has more in the tank than ward did at that time. Wards body and knees really messed him up the first fight. However, Andrade seems much more healthy and fresh.
