Ironically, Killian Hayes is tearing up the G League in January for the Long Island Nets. Multiple 20 point plus games on efficient shooting, 18 assists the other night and 3 or 4 steals a night. I would have liked to see how Killian would have done under Bickerstaff. He was ridiculously misused by both Monty and Casey.

On the trade deadline, besides getting a shot creator/ball handler, Pistons need another big that can space out the floor. Bobby Portis would be a great addition. A big that's tough and can shoot. Would also help the Pistons against team with a 3 big lineup with Tobi, Portis and Duren

Other teams are figuring out how to play the Pistons. Double Cade and deny Beasley/THJ. Duren need to be involved on offense to give the Pistons an inside/outside option. I know Duren isn't a polished offensive player but he got the moves and at some point we need to develop him and build his confidence as an offensive player

I disagree that Trajan cares that much about keeping the pick, the 12-14th pick is not very good. Having that pick convey would take off that handicap that we’ve had since the Stewart trade. Playoff experience is far more valuable for this team. Adding another prospect to a team that is already so young doesn’t do much, you can only develop so many players at once.

The pick is more valuable than you think. Even if we don't get lucky we could trade back to add future draft picks. If we turn the good 2nd we own into a late 1st we can trade the late lottery pick and a player for a better player.

A backup PG needs to be priority #1. This should have done prior to the start of the season. Next up they need to focus on assets. Either getting a decent young player or picks in any trade.

If they wanted one of those they would have one, and if they wanted one of those prior to the season they would have gotten one then: it is the easiest thing to find. The only logical conclusion from the above facts is that Langdon instead wanted tanking, because he agrees with you that assets are of paramount importance. He just underestimated Cade AND the schedule didn't cooperate.
