Probably but you could break it up with some shears! One head might be enough for two small dogs 😂

@@TheStumpyBrigade I decided to try chicken heads first. Half of a chicken head is about the size my small dogs need. We tried them today. One dog is a gulper so I have to watch him. He chewed it awhile and then swallowed it. The other dog chewed it for at least 20 minutes and finally got it down. They have complete opposite chewing styles although they are the same size.
