Ministers from all EU states are working on how to deal with the tens of thousands of people seeking a better life in the bloc.
But finding a consensus among all 27 members won't be easy.
Back in 2015 - Europe attempted to find a lasting solution to the millions of people crowding at its borders because of the civil war in Syria.
A problem left unresolved led Turkey to relax its borders, opening the gates onto Europe's doorstep.
So what are the challenges?
And can they reach a balance that works for those making the often-hazardous journey to Europe?

In 2015 when the immigration-crisis started, my country has built a fence and stated, noone can stay in Hungary illegaly. We helped the migrants move to the west with buses and trains, but our stance was clear. They are not welcome here. How does the EU expect us to take in anyone when we clearly said 8 years ago that we help them with transport if the west needs them, but we Hungarians won't become a migrant-nation like Germany or France. If they want a solution, just bring the migrants home. They are not refugees, they are economic migrants without any right in the EU, taking the jobs, opportunities and social benefits from EU citizens, without the intention to assimilate in our culture.

Kazakhstan is an islamic country. It size 2 million km². It’s bigger than france, germany, Uk combined. Yet they only have 18 million people. The land is fertile and good weather. They can basically take 5 million migrants who will start by agriculture, farming.... build their own houses.... Then EU and NU can help them with electricity, water...

To which the people replied to him to return to where he came from, that no one needed his gods here. He did not like it and accused the people of this city of intolerance. So an old man told him, if your god is so good, why did you come here. We never needed or need your god, we live very well here with our gods. And if you are not willing to accept our successful social and religious system, get out of here. We do not suffer from such strife and poverty as in your homeland. Go back and ask your god to help you and think about why he doesn't help you and why you were well in our city.

I realise this discussion is restricted to the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff, but the best way to solve the problem is to make the countries of origin safer and appealing to live in. Step 1: UNSC needs to do it's job to stop wars. Instead of, as it very clearly is, bureaucrats nest feathering by actions and omissions perpetuating wars and thence their own positions. There needs to be a thorough ongoing audit of UN performance and clean out of this corruption. Governments need to be answerable to their populations for foreign policy. If they are wasting money on bodies perpetuating strife, their own voters are generally not going to be happy.

There are safe areas even in the countries with war. However, these migrants are leaving their countries to make more money. One African man now back home said he was glad he left as he was able to build another house to marry another wife. One Afghanistan man took his wife and 10 kids from a safe village heading to Australia, the Cambodian coast guard picked them up and they got asylum. But no, they wanted to go to a rich country. So the father took them by night and paid smugglers to take them to Australia, boat capsized all drowned, save the father ,who went back home to angry relatives, who had told him not to take the family. Now he is alone in a big house. Some Iranians bought their tickets right back home to Iran after Australia sent them to Cambodia, yet they were supposed to be scared for their lives in Iran. They should stay home and build their own country, other countries are fed up with them. Also different religions and cultures will never easily co-exists

이 내용과는 관련이 없지만 한번쯤 읽고 꼭 참고해 실천해 보면 도움이 되지 않을까 합니다. 식량 문제에 대한 저의 개인적인 생각을 담은 글입니다. 집에서 콩나물 대파라도 기르고 아무땅이나 농사를 지을수 있는 곳에는 잡초라도 길러 토끼먹이로 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 그리고 우리나라 또한 아무곳에나 성장이 좋고 강인한 생명력을 지닌 잡초종류의 풀을 대량으로 길러 저는 먹기 싫지만 토끼사료로 사용해보면 도움이 되지 않을까 합니다. 당장에는 도움이 되지 않겠지만 중장기적으로 보았을때 어느정도 도움이 될경우 사골우려 먹듯이 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 고물가라고 하여 예전에 적은 글과 어제 적은 글을 조금 복사하고 합하고 수정하여 글을 남겨봅니다. 이점을 이해해 주시기를 바랍니다. 내년에는 고수온에서도 양식이 가능한 어폐류를 양식하고 적조발생 시기에 맞추어 미리 황토를 먼저 뿌려두면 예방효과가 있지 않을까 하는 개인적인 생각을 남겨봅니다. 그리고 치어방류 사업도 바다수온과 현재기준으로 바뀐 바다 생태계에 맞추어 치어방류를 해보면 어떨까 합니다. 이 밑에 부분은 농림수산식품부와 관련이 있지만 참고를 해서 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 저번에 제가 적어놓은 식량 문제에 관한 글중 바퀴벌레를 대량생산 하는 방법을 이용하여 배합 사료를 만드는 방법을 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 어느정도 크기의 바퀴벌레를 조각조각 내어 성분들을 분석해보고 단백질이 많을경우 닭 오리 돼지 물고기 양식에 혼합사료로 사용하고 소 같은경우 기존의 사료를 사용해야 하지 않을까 합니다. 예전글 오늘 연합뉴스 지나가는 자막을 보니 식량을 수출하는 나라들에서 자국민이 먹을게 없어 수출을 하지 않는다는 내용을 얼핏 읽었습니다. 그래서 제가 보기에는 봄철 감자를 심을수 있는 농지에 최대한 많은 감자를 심고 성장시기를 관찰하여 성장이 둔화되면 그때 감자를 수확을 하여 감자를 소비도 하고 감자를 가루로 만들어 감자수제비 감자라면 감자과자등으로 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 그리고 감자를 수확하고 난뒤 다른 채소류를 수확할수 있으면 다른 농산물을 또 재배하면 어떨까 합니다. 또한 가금류 같은경우 해마다 고병원성 조류독감이 발생하는데 성장시기를 조절하여 조류독감이 발생하는 시기 전에 도축하여 밀폐용기에 저장 하고 저장공간이 부족하면 프랜차이즈 업체를 활용해 닭을 각 상점마다(밀폐용기)조금 저렴한 가격에 판매를 해보면 어떨까 합니다. 또하나 우리나라에서 2모작이 가능한 쌀이 있는데 (빠르미 인것으로 알고 있습니다) 기후와 토양성분이 비슷한 곳은 2모작이 가능한 쌀을 재배하면 어떨까 합니다. 그리고 모든 밭작물들을 가능하다면 한번 수확을 하고 또할수 있는 농작물이 있다면 반드시 농산물을 재배 하도록 최대한 노력을 해보면 어떨까 합니다. 그리고 우리나라 국토중 산이 상당히 많이 차지를 하고 있는데 산나물 버섯 약초등을 생산할수 있다면 한번쯤 해보는 것도 어떨까 합니다. 또한 겨울철에는 사용할수 있는 모든 땅에 비닐하우스 농사를 지으면 어떨까 합니다. 인력부분에 있어서는 대도시 인력시장에 50후반 60대는 일자리를 잘 주지않으니 각지역에서 이연령대의 노동자들에게 숙식을 제공해 주면서 단기 중기 장기적으로 일을 할수있도록 해주면 어떨까 합니다. 그리고 돼지나 가금류 사육시 사료면에서 가격상승으로 인해 생산을 많이하지 못하는 상황이 오면 무균 상태의 바퀴벌레를 어느정도 크기로(약간 성장한)사육하여 성분들을 분석해보고 사료로 사용할수 있을경우 배합사료를 한번쯤 만들어 보면 어떨까 하는 개인적인 생각까지 남겨봅니다. 요즘 가뭄 때문에 농사를 짓는데 문제가 발생했다고 티비를 통하여 보았습니다. 그런데 다행히 장마가 와서 가뭄해소에 도움이 되는것 같은데 앞으로 비가 더오지 않거나 가뭄시 물이 부족할 가능성이 있다면 배수로를 정비하여 근처의 저수지로 물이 흘러가도록 배수로를 정비하고 저수지가 없다면 인위적으로 가뭄이 많이 발생하는 지역에 저수지를 만들어 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 그래도 지구온난화로 수분이 빨리 증발한다면 아주 커다란 플라스틱 물탱크를 땅속에 묻고 (배수로를 따라 물이 흘러가는데 땅속에 묻은 아주큰 플라스틱 물탱크속에 물이 흘러 들어가게 하고 물이 다차면 뚜껑을 닫는 방법) 비가올경우 우선적으로 플라스틱 통속으로 물이 흘러들어가도록 해보면 어떨까 합니다. 그리고 폭우가 예상되면 중소형 포크레인으로 배수로를 정비하면 어떨까 합니다. 그리고 해마다 폭우피해 때문에 식량 생산에 차질을 빚고 있는데 비바람과 폭우가 많이 발생하는 지역에는 옥수수를 심고 폭우와 비바람이 적은 지역에는 벼를 심어보면 어떨까 합니다. 이유는 옥수수는 뿌리와 줄기가 튼튼하지만 벼는 뿌리와 줄기가 상대적으로 연약하기 때문입니다. 이글을 북녘 사람들이 읽는지 안 읽는지는 잘모르겠지만. 우리나라도 꼭 참고해 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 배수로 지나가는 물길 밑에 물탱크 아주큰거 묻어두세요^^! 이상기후와 무더위 때문에 물이 빨리 증발하면~! 그리고 뜨거운 햇빛 때문에 농작물이 피해를 볼경우 인삼밭을 응용하여 햇빛을 조금 쬐었다가 뜨거운 햇빝에는 가림막을 설치 하는 방법을 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 땅이 크고 넓으면 기술을 응용하여 자동화를 하면 도움이 되지 않을까 합니다. 물가를 방어하려면 국내에서 생산되는 농축수산물을 최대한 많이 생산할수 있도록 노력을 해야 부족한 부분은 우리나라가 경제활동을 통해 얻은 수익으로 부족한 먹거리를 확보해야 하지 않을까 합니다. 기본적으로는 국제농축수산물 시장에서 부족한 먹거리를 확보해야 하지만 힘들경우 굳이 달러가 아니더라도 굳이 특정국가가 아니더라도 각 나라마다 조금씩 과잉생산 되는 먹거리를 구입할수 있도록 해보면 어떨까 합니다. 각나라마다 과잉 생산되는 먹거리를 한바퀴 돌면서 먹거리를 구매 해오는 방법을 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 경제상황이 아주좋지 않은데 국민들이 배를 굶지 않는 방법중 하나입니다. 참고해 보면 어떨까 합니다. 밀폐된 공간에서 (자연상태에 대량으로 방류되면 생태계 교란) 풀무치를 대량으로 생산하고 그냥 먹기에 곤란하다면 밀가루나 옥수수 가루 쌀가루 등에 혼합하여 식용으로 사용해보면 어떨까 합니다. 그리고 닭이나 오리 가금류의 사료로도 사용이 가능하다면 사용해 보면 어떨까 합니다. 참고로 돼지 까지는 가능할것 같은데 소의 사료로는 부적합 할것같은 느낌이 듭니다. 이유는 동물성 사료에 소가 심각한 부작용이 나타난다고 얼핏 들었기 때문입니다. (육류를 사료로 제공하면 광우병 발생)

North Africa and Southwest Asia are facing a nested series of crises. Just look at Egypt alone. The Aswan dam has both reduced the physical flow of the Nile River, which garrentees greater erosion of the Nile Delta, and stopped most of the silt the Nile used to carry, preventing any recovery from such erosion. Egypt is losing an unsustainable level of productive farmland. The only nations that could take in enough refugees to do Egypt any serious good have long since been alienated by Egypt. The peoples and governments of North Africa and Southwest Asia have a history of hostility towards Europe that goes back to the 7th century. North Africa started its relationship with the United States by piracy and taking American crews for slaves. In the 20th century, the nations of North Africa and Southwest Asia have been unrelentingly hostile to the very nations they need to take them in. Add to that the endless promotion and celebration of terrorism against the very nations they need refuge in, how can you expect entry? Especially when you demand a crown of glory for bigotry and violence.
