Evm cannot be tampered as there is a system of mock poll before the actual poll ...mock poll is conducted 90 mins before the actual poll begins and it is conducted by the presiding officer in the presence of all polling agents as well as all polling officials ...One by one cast 50 votes and finally after casting they see the result in the control unit and count the vvpat slips for verification...if there is a mismatch then the evm is faulty and it will be replaced by the concerned sector officer alloted ..and this all happens in the presence of agents representing all the parties who has a candidate contesting from the respective constituency. Even during the actual poll if a voter complains that the vvpat is showing the wrong symbol other than the symbol I have pressed on the ballot unit ...then he has to sign a form 14B in which it has written that a test vote will be casted by the presiding officer to verify your allegations...if you are found to be wrong then you will face a jail term for 6 years....Then a test vote is casted ...and if the person is found to be true then poll for the same booth is cancelled and repoll happens ..... Those are telling that evm can be tempered has an agenda ....nothing else ...

सर voting शुरू होने से पहले 50 वोट ड़ालकर चेक किया जाता, की कंट्रोल यूनिट और vvpat की पर्चियों में समानता है या नही जो कि पार्टी के एजेंट के सामने होता है। और हमेशा ये मिलान सही पाया जाता है उसके बाद वोटिंग शुरू होती है।

You can program to start manipulation after the testing or at specific interval of time. So vvpat is the weakest link which gets connected to internet and upload symbols in vvpat..you can upload a function to change the logic of vote casting w.r.t time easily

Control unit replace नही हो सकती, उसके सभी बटन पर पेपर सील होती है, जिसमे सभी एजेंट और पीठासीन के हस्ताक्षर होते हैं। काउंटिंग के समय एजेंट पेपर सील की क्रमांक मैच कर लेता है

All the measures you've mentioned can be broken by an efficient hacker. For example geo tagging cheap can be re-installed in the tampered VVPAT during the replacement.. Those are not useful until some efficient ethical hacker tests all possible way to find out the vulnerabilities

Voting unit sends direct signals to directly to control unit and vvpat - not through vvpat. That's why the possibility to send a different signal in both directions.

@@rudrabaroi4770 करके तब दिखाया जा सकता है जब EVM के सारे हार्डवेयर और सॉफ्टवेयर की जानकारी दी जाए | परन्तु चुनाव आयोग न तो EVM को खोलने देता है न ही सॉफ्टवेयर का source code बतलाता है | याद रहे, चुनाव आयोग सब कर सकता है क्योंकि EVM उसके कब्जे में होता है, परन्तु वह दूसरों को EVM की आतंरिक जांच नहीं करने देता | शक की सुई सबसे पहले तो चुनाव आयोग पर जाती है |

the only solution is. election commission counting ke time, har ek constituency ke different 4 candidate ko, uss constituency se har ek se 5-5 random booth select karwa, ke uss polling booth se VVPAT and CU ka vote ko match karana chahiye.aur agr vo 20 booth me se ek bhi mismatch karta he to uss constituency se 100% polling booth ke VVPAT ko count karna chahiye.
