Если говорить о фильме в целом, как о произведении киноискусства - согласен, говно. А постановка боёв вполне себе ничего. И стиль рукопашки Сигала, думаю, вполне рабочий. Бой плотный, динамичный, насыщен короткими ударами, сочетается со стрельбой на сверхмалых дистанциях, выглядит реалистично.
