I have total respect for Filipina's culture. You BF seemed to sell us the idea that filipina's are the cleanest in the world. There are people here in the states who practice extreme hygiene as well. I also would have to say that pouring clear water over your head is not getting you clean. Using soap and a wash cloth to scrub the dead body cells and bacteria is what makes you clean.
