25:54 it says Country Names as the category so I think that's why it's specifically Ecuador

Ah, I missed that crucial piece of info! At any rate, I think I almost certainly would have guessed Ecuador had I checked the category.

I got 47, but I ran out of time. Notably, I'm from the US so the Confederate Constitution and the Reagan/Clinton middle name ones were easy...though I did not get the McCarthy one, which was a great pull by you. I did watch 30-40% of these Jeopardy! episodes, but that was 2 decades ago. The only one I remembered was the last H&R Block one since Jennings responded "FedEx" and lost. Two of them, I misread the question....I also answered "equator" instead of "Ecuador" and for some reason I thought I needed the last *two* English/British monarchs to span two centuries, so I tried "WIlliam III and George III" both with and without the "III." I misspelled 3 and of the 12 questions I didn't get to, I got 7 of them. So, with another 3 to 5 minutes and spelling leeway, I'd have maybe 57? I wasted at least a minute trying to put the answers "Harding and Obama" and "Garfield and Obama" and "Kennedy and Obama" before realizing that Jennings was on before 2009. I wish they put the year Jennings was on in the title of the quiz. I did not get the Wyoming one. I agree that was confusingly worded...especially since Wyoming is overwhelmingly Republican. To be fair, I got at least 5 of my "correct" responses after making a wrong one....possibly as many as 10. Crete and Jackie Robinson were both my fourth answer. 1969 and 1974 was my 3rd or 4th guess, only because I didn't read the category and started with older years. That was my first guess within 40 years of 2004. The headlines were MAN WALKS ON MOON and NIXON RESIGNS, as you expected. Of course, on the actual Jeopardy!, getting it on subsequent guesses doesn't count. It was a fun quiz, despite the time crunch.

Some impressive answers there, they were pretty tough

H&R Block is indeed a tax preperation company. Very well known and widespread in the USA and Canada. Definitely no credit for equator, the category does matter.

Mate... the category for the Ecuador one is "Country Names," equator absolutely does not count, lol, nice try though.
