2. I can only catch the first encounter on every route
3. Nickname Pokémon
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4 (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on Set battle mode
7. No Ev Training
8. No Setup moves, swords dance ect ect.

Water stones at goldenrod dept store. Also, togekiss would've been immune to those dragon moves that wrecked your team. But yeah. Decent run.

@@psyduckspice straaange. I had the original version, that had stones. Now I play the same one as you I think, with stones. But I have seen somewhere else where they didn't have them either it seemed

@@psyduckspiceyou’re playing the version that was changed to have fairy types and that rom is an unofficial version, which unfortunately also removed the stones from the department store. You have to do a bit of digging but you can find the original without fairy type and with the stones.

@@slicklolI’ve played both versions 1.5 and the other and the stones were buyable in both but, it’s a bug in the one that has fairy types in it but there is a work around for it I just forget what causes it and how I bypassed it unfortunately. Lol

Hey, great run! A quick question : Why wasn’t Infernape brought to the Jasmine fight? Would’ve potentially been a convenient pivot into the BugBite(s) from Forretress.

I think I wanted to use Typhlosion because it had a higher special attack. In hindsight yeah infernape would have been better. Jasmine wasn't my best fight

I’m glad the AI in this one doesn’t seem to do the whole… gen 1 style “making selections after you pick your move” cheese. Unless you actually enjoy looking up NPC team comps for nearly every fight……… you just build for brute force and use neutral STAB moves so you don’t get “predicted” when you use any coverage move.

OK I know that you’re doing this for content but seriously stop switching around so much You would’ve had Jasmine beat 123, but you kept switching around so much that by the time you were able to do something she started killing your Pokémon

He switched once and a mon died… he couldint stay in with spiritomb and take an earthquake since spiritomb is nerfed in this game. He can’t keep starmie in against magneton and typhlosion had 1 hp and was paralyzed. It’s a hardcore nuzlocke he can’t use items. The only unnecessary on switching was against the forretress lol but even that wasn’t a bad switch because magenton was in crit range and he needed it for skarmory. Pivoting to bait out attacks or damage check is normal.

You seem alright, but as your new, you’ve got a good voice but the tone seems a little stale, but at the same time your trying a little to much, relax your voice and casualise your approach to the audience, you’ll have a much easier time making commentary when your being your self.
