if ya need a challenge: Color Crasher beat bosses with weapons and charms that match to boss colors in some way, preferably more noticeable than small details. so don't use spread just cause someone has a little read on them if you can use peashooter because they are mostly blue (goopy for example) charms are allowed. parrying is allowed. supers are not allowed. DLC bosses and items are encouraged

I also totaled the average amount of hits on each island Inkwell Isle 1: 573.2 Isle 2: 617.6 Isle 3: 482.1 Inkwell Hell: 579 Though it looks like Isle 3 wasn't as painful on the fingers, it had the most bosses at 7, so it skews the results a bit Not only that but Inkwell Hell can vary vastly depending on the minibosses you get against KD

I have to question the calculations on how many hits each boss took. Let's take Beppi for an example; He took 03:28 to defeat, and he apparently needed 898 hits to defeat. 898 hits / 208 seconds = 4.317 shots per second. That is also assuming that you are firing every single second of the fight, no shots miss, and no shots are blocked by minions. It also isn't taking into account the downtime for phase transitions where you cannot damage him which still run up the clock. Which means the number of shots per second would actually need to be higher than this for the math to add up. According to all sources I can find, Expert Beppi has 1,850 HP. The Chargeshot uncharged does 6 damage, but if we assume the -10% from Twin Heart rounds it down to 5, then that would mean Beppi should take 370 hits to defeat. 370 / 208 = 1.77, not accounting for misses, minion blocks, or phase downtime. This feels like a much more reasonable number based on the speed you're attacking in the video, since you're definitely firing more than that per second.

Something felt off about your stats for the Hilda Berg fight. I think you accidentally typed an extra 1 at the beginning. The rate of fire for that weapon is pretty slow and even if we assumed it shot 2 times a second, which it definitely is not, it would still take a minimum of just under 10 minutes to finish the fight if you never stopped firing it. Removing the extra 1 at the beginning however does cause it to line up well with the finish time.

Something doesn't add up. If Hilda Berg needs over 1k shots to die, how is it even possible to kill her in under 3 minutes? Lobbed shots just don't shoot fast enough for that. You'd need to fire close to 6 times per second to even get close to that hit count in 3 minutes and the lobber is just so much slower than this.

I think the problem with chaser is that you always get consistent dps with it, since you almost can't miss with it. What you showed here is uncharged shot's max dps, but when taking aiming and inconsistent button mashing into account, I think it's safe to say that it has worse dps.

I'm guessing it's because of how many phases she has. During the fight, you have to face normal Hilda three times (once at the start, once after the twin phase, and once after the archer phase) before you reach the final half moon phase. Those three times, along with the other three phases, causes the bombs to add up over time to such a large amount

I have 2 challenges you could try: First one called “co op challenge” is a challenge where you have 2 players, you must have shot A as peashooter and (depending on your character) shot B as Cuphead is spread or charge shot, as Mugman chaser or spread. Cuphead must use super art 1, Mugman must use super art 2. And the only charm is heart charm. Chalice has different rules like: Shot A is converge, and shot B must be twirl up or round a bout. Chalice must use super art 3. And the charm is the cookie (duh). Base rules: you must do the WHOLE GAME on expert, both players ALIVE at the end (or regular if you prefer but I KNOW ChickenNinja is expert there butts). You must beat the isles in order (1, 2, 3, Hell, DLC), Chalice can’t be used in the main game, and the run and gun levels are optional. Second challenge called “plane on land” is using only shot A peashooter (as the darts) and only charm (unless you are Chalice) is P sugar, Shot B lobber (as the bombs), and again, expert only, (regular if you want but Chicken takes no dice to regular, fact), and Chalice (again) has different rules: converge as darts and twirl up as grenades, only super art one as any character, and run and guns are again optional. That’s all folks!

Well really Uncharged Charge Shot deals - 6 damage per shot Chaser deals- 4 damage every shot, just with a quicker fire rate, but since Double Heart take 10% away from the damage, it would be 0.4 damage every shot

3.6 they take 10% away, so it's doing 90% the damge it would've without twin hearts.

So are we gonna ignore how the math doesn't add up AT ALL for the plane fights ? Accounting for a typo in Hilda Berg's fight, how tf do you end up with 705 bombs to kill Djimmi in 214 seconds ? That's like 3.5 bombs per second assuming they all hit lmao
