I remember watching the V22 section live. Yeah, that's a seriously tough vault with the way you were doing this run. Enjoyable to watch, but difficult nonetheless. Edit: 19:30 ish PRAISE THE SUN!!! Edit 2: 33:00 ish - I don't know, I like Muggy quite a bit. The toaster is nice though... Edit 3: 35:00 ish - Okay, guess I jumped the gun a little bit. Edit 4: 41:00 ish - Montages and timelapses are fine. They're an easy way to continue showing what's going on, which feels better than a jump cut does, and it doesn't require commentary when it's pretty much self-explanatory. Edit 5: All in all, another fine video Willow. Thank you for the many, many hours each one of these takes. See you next time!

Fun fact: in both Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Perception does not have any effect on VATS accuracy. The vigor tester says it does, but it is all lies. This was changed in Fallout 4.

Challenge: fallout 4 with only power armor. No weapons. If you run out of fusion cores just have to keep walking in the painfully slow walk of shame. You’d at least have some protection though.

(Idk if you take suggestions for runs but if so I would like to leave it here) Idea: Any Fallout game as a Hunter - No energy weapons - No automatic weapons - Stealth focused - No explosives (Though I doubt you would want to use them after the nightmare that is your Fallout 4 Survival with only grenades run) - (OPTIONAL) Can only sell Meat from animals to get caps - All other rules are up to you, I'm not that great at fleshing out ideas I come up with Edit: I do recognize this idea is quite similar to the sniper runs, but there is a key difference in the fact that all weapons are allowed as long as they aren't Fully automatic or explosive

Wonderful run once again! If you like insanely hard difficulties, try this challenge suggestion : can you beat Fallout 4 with the prototype railway rifle. (It's a very rare 1 damage rifle that can be obtained by killing a railroad agent that is testing it with tinker tom.)

8:00 Stupendium‬ hot take: The original version is better than the remake! Personally, in the remake the voices are quieter, the new added gambling sounds are a bit distracting, and the delivery of the chorus was better in the original... There was intentional muffling in the original version, which fit with the "lo-fi" aesthetic of Fallout as a whole, but the remake swapped that for extra audio clarity. (Also I think the delivery of the chorus was better in the original.)

I WOULD have hoped that you would have gotten the "lucky" revolver, which is a BEAST in vats. But then I remembered it's a revolver, and Revolvers and weapons with a Looping animation of reloading like lever action rifles have a bug in Vats that locks you in Vats, unable to move, until you die. Then again, you use mods so... maybe you'd mod that bug fixed

"That Gun" in Novac has basically the same stats as Lucky and doesn't have one of those bugged reloads so that would've been a good option, especially since it uses the incredibly common 5.56 ammo. Seeing a run without these weapons is just as interesting, though

What is your level of familiarity with FNV? It seems you "forgot" way too much for a challenge run format just saying. Still kind of entertaining, but definitely frustrating to watch the level of mistakes...unless they were intentional for trolling...not really a troll enjoyer though.

there is no barrier to entry for challenge running. and I don't have to play optimally or do the most meta amazing strategy. The idea that people need to be walking encyclopedias about games is just silly. I'm not sure which mistakes you're talking about, the only thing I forgot was benny running to Caesars fort and that's because I don't normally skip to Vegas so I just kill him in Vegas with the gear I gathered getting there. I don't play to min max these games, it makes even challenge runs boring for me.

@@WillowPlaysGames I think there should be some form of barrier to entry as if not, every first playthrough of a game would be considered a "challenge run". Challenge runs typically have self imposed difficulty however, through knowledge or luck tend to show a different way than most play the content, hopefully to completion. But that's an opinion just as is your first sentence. Now as for what you forgot, the great Khan's shot at you due to wearing NCR faction armor, you realize this with Caesars legion but not the Khan's. And yes there's you then forgetting that Benny leaves the strip when confronted. These mistakes or forgetfulness just made the first third of the video seem off. And I couldn't recall any of your Fallout 4 videos seeming this way hence the question of your level of familiarity.

The barrier to entry is the self imposed rule set. Yes, your first run of a game COULD be a challenge run and it is just as valid as your 100th as long as you are consistent in your rules. But that doesn't mean your first playthrough is always a challenge run because you don't have the self imposed rule set. I have and will challenge run games I have never beaten before. My first Skyrim run was my first time beating the game. It's still a valid challenge and does show a different way of playing the game. Just like in this run, most people don't sit around waiting for their AP bar to use vats when they could just shoot the guy in front of them.

The real issue isn't that they're bad shots, because they aren't, it's that they're dumb as shit. But that's what happens when you go from clones of a Mandalorian to random dudes from across the galaxy.
