as someone who also had an important injury that affected my ability to continue playing sports, i can relate a lot to what you are feeling rn, its not easy to see how you are so behind your capabilities right before the injury, but when you start achieving milestones that took you a ton of time before, but now in a "short" period of time, you'll start to feel great at the game again, and its a beautiful jorney that lets you rediscover that passion that you have in a way that you wouldnt be able to if not for the injury(im not coping) I hope the best for you in the future, have a great recovery!
