As someone who watched through all 207 hours of vods, here are a few things that (obviously) didn't make it in the video but remain iconic and tragic and deserve to be preserved through time: ☆We started referring to the sky turtles as lesbians because smant had a revelation that both laid eggs. ☆ Lycel, (might know her as Smallants emote artist) , came up with the shield design, thus the name: "Thanks Lycel for the shield design I really apprec". ☆ Someone predicted that the kelp generator would break within an hour or so and we laughed at them, not long afterward, it broke. ☆ The thousands of bees that stayed alive hovering just above the void without unspawning or dying, had to be killed one by one with arrows to free the mod cap. ☆ The snowman that helped us with the wandering traders was killed, twice, the one currently held in the island and featured in this video is a constant reminder of those 'accidents'. ☆ Same with bobby, the official zombie villager converter, he's not the first of his kind. ☆ The powdered snow incident is mentioned, but I think it fails to demonstrate the pain and devastation that losing it brought, it wasn't momentary, we reminisced on it for the entire day, even weeks later. Some of us never stopped griefing. ☆ The slime farm was equally effective as a glowing ink farm, we never came up with a solution. ☆ The snow structure that teleported wandering traders into the nether scared us on at least 17 different occations due to resemblance to a ghast. ☆ Craftyboss (might know him as a mod creator) had at some point hidden a chicken in a glass box somewhere in the void as a fun surprise, this was never found, and was automatically deleted after the world adaptation. ☆ It is through this series that I was exposed to the full potential of smallants perfect timing on predicting when things would happend, specially his own death. ☆ The items in the item frames for the main chests would constant rotate when he tried to open them, some of them like the stone brick, are still in an incorrect position to this day, which definitely didn't drive chat mad. ☆ I can confirm husks drop sand. ☆ Smallant constantly repeared that his design for the Coble generator was 100% "idiot proof" and the entire chat joked that he would break it on hour 66, he didn't. At least not until the very last stream, over 150 hours latter when he no longer needed it, kinda tragic, kinda flex. ☆ The grind for the magma blocks to create The Machine™ was extremely painful yet satisfying. ☆ Two of the cats from out collection were named Pepperoni and Blu-ray by chat, precisely the mods. ☆ The villager traiding hall was made to have a two block deep floor in case he axed it and fell through. He still managed to fall through twice. ☆ Toggle crouch is one of the biggest anime villains, it caused more than one death. ☆ Smant created completely useless lapis lazuli and copper ore beacons exclusively to fuck with people just coming in, for which we grinded 4 extra nether stars. ☆ Inside our beautiful dirt house there is a sign that reads "live laugh love". ☆ Chat constantly repeated that the withers farm box would break, smant said no, eventually it did and a wither got stuck outside for a few days... or weeks. ☆ There are a few things that are theoretically possible, such as getting mining fatigue. The elder guardian could technically spawn when you load in a possible chuck and fall to the void. This applies to any other entity, although you'd have to get extremely lucky. Smant said he might do it in the future. Looking at this resume made me feel really dumb bc it brought tears to my eyes from the nostalgia. Yuck. These streams brought some of the best stories, and company I could have ever asked for. They happened during my last year of high school so many of these moments remind me of all nighters to finish art projects, studying and many breakdowns caused by frustration and indecision, I am now in my second year of university doing what I love in fashion design, but even now preparing for my final semester A submition in 3 days, skyblock and smant keep me company. These hours will forever hold a place in my brain and heart. Thank you to Smallant for the literal 207 hours worth of content, I definitely wouldn't have watched it all if it wasn't for you. Edit: thank you to everyone who wished me luck, this is another reason why I love being part of this community, I have finished my assignment on time and am on my way to submit so thanks. Every time I anxiously checked my phone to see the time I had left I was greeted with nice messages so again, thank you so much :)

With most of my skyblock playthroughs coming from old modpacks like Agrarian Skies 1&2, ftb Infinity Expert Skyblock, Project Ozone 2. So when I say that I’m impressed I am. Many of the stuff you did in the video is as complex and time consuming (if not more) what these modpacks have to offer and is all with vanilla mechanics only, Jesus, didn’t expect that it was possible to get as far as the hardest achievement of the game nor as technical as your pillager trading machine and the rabbit hole behind to build it (really gives throwbacks to the changed recipes of these modpacks) Really impressive stuff. The VODs for this challenge provide literal weeks of background video. Tens of thousands of us have gotten through boring work days, school assignments and/or commissions thanks to this series.

32:28 you can sleep in a bed with cats nearby, they have a certain chance to give one of like 12 random items as a 'gift' each morning. One of the items in the loot table is a phantom membrane.

If you like this kinda insanity, I'd be proud to say that skytech is just as (often even more) insane. seeing the effort put into a dirt farm, finding a way to automate literally ANYTHING, it's truly interesting just how far some nerds on the internet will go for digital blocks in a game all about suppressing your resources.
