This is probably more true to life, because big herbivores don't need to hunt to eat, they don't need to worry about starving to death if they take a bad fight. So they can remove you from the census with a bit less of a reason

It's not really "Carnivore" by practical sense, but I figure that you can still use both cell stage's herbivore mouth and Omnivore mouth even if you take Carnivore path. When you reach animal stage, you don't take the omnivore mouth away. Keep it, and you can eat fruits even if your animal mouth is "carnivore"
