It would be cool to start a rags to riches with this shell since it is technically a starter home if you were to keep it as is. The goal would be to create the floor plan and furnish as you go and your lifestyle will eventually match the mansion that you started with.

Oooh good idea! A story set up for that could be that you’re flat broke but you inherited a mansion from some obscure distant relative and you spent your last pennies moving into the place. Or! You’re broke and homeless and found an abandoned mansion to squat in and eventually just claim it for yourself and completely refurbish it as you slowly make more money!

You should definitely revisit this build! Maybe when you rebuild it you could do a 30 minute, 1 Hour, 3 Hour mansion challenge of sorts? It’d be interesting! And you’d be able to add more landscaping and some light interior

This will be crazy chaotic but hear me out: Each room is a different time limit, so you randomise a time for each room ranging from maybe like 10 seconds to like 4 mins, you can adjust these to suit your speed. Maybe you could furnish this house in the video too so the whole home is a time crunch. :))

Ooh, you could make this a randomizer challenge! Divide a build into parts (exterior, floorplan, rooms, etc.) and then randomize how long you get to do each thing!

tbh i really liked the roof with the different levels, it looks realistic because often bigger houses do have higher roofing in the middle/living area for the “high ceilings”

Idea for a sims build challenge given by Steven Cain: The layout is randomized. You build a shell of a house and do the layout what you think it should be then spin the wheel to see what each room is going to actually be. So what could’ve been planned as a bathroom could end up being the kitchen

I saw this build challenge on TikTok, I thought you might like it. I don't know all the rules, but you random generate a number for the amount of tiles of a room. I believe it was 4 to 16 tiles. Whatever number you get, is the amount of tiles you must use for every room of the build.

Well, Kayla, you can always renovate it and make a good story about it like the family that was building it got bankrupt halfway through its construction for whatever reason so they couldn't finish the house and then it got sold very cheap for whatever family you create to own the house, just a thought :)
