Cool video! I remember people telling me the same Thing about rooster fish and that they’re disgusting to eat. However me and my friends speared one. Bleed it, gutted it, iced it and it tasted delicious! I really think it’s all about how you take care of your fish. You treat your catch right and it will taste delicious!
