Thanks for that Steve, I'm planning my big lap (have been for about 2 years now), I left out some of your suggestions completely. Love this format, thanks again - Peter V.

Thanks again Steve, great info. We’re currently in the planning stage of a number of 5 - 6 month half laps out of the Tassie winter commencing in ’21 for the next few years. Have really enjoyed your big lap series and guides and look forward too seeing these videos when they come out to help in our planning. Cheers, Paul

Cheers Paul. Great plan you have there. I've experience snow at Christmas in Tassie a couple of times so I can imagine that heading north in winter is appealing.

Hi Steve, we are planning a road trip starting and finishing in Melbourne. We’ll be travelling in a small 4 person 2WD Britz camper van over about 30 days (April) taking in Uluru before heading to Cairns to begin our east coast route back to Victoria. What we would like to know is, is it feasible to drive the 2WD to and from Uluru/Alice Springs? We live in the UK so really have no idea. Thanks, Stephen & Sally

Hi Steve, Have watched all your videos and downloaded all of your spreadsheets. We are leaving 1st April 2020 for a 9 month trip from Melbourne up the middle of NSW and QLD then west going up to Darwin then down the WA coast and home across the Nullabor being home around the end of November / start of December. We have planned to go to all of your suggestions except the Gibb River Rd as our on road caravan would not be suitable. We have pre booked a few places and tours to make sure we don't miss out. It is getting to be very, very busy in June, July and August and the school holidays as well. Hope to see you on the road some day. Lee

Awesome. Thanks for your support Lee. Sounds like you have a great trip planned. The Gibb is sealed all the way to El Questro now so you might be able to get there. Well worth it if you can.

Very nice video with a wealth of information . I'm from Victoria and I'm thinking of doing big lap for around 3 months. I would like to do it clock wise. What are your thoughts please ?
