Thanks! I don’t have any major equipment changes in mind. I brought a small burner for a stove and didn’t use it much. But because it was so small, it was definitely worth bringing.

i thought you born 1958, me at 6. dun rides since a kid. black hills, sd. rapid city to wall drug, paul rever ride, once tow cal border, took ride with mom as was to get arrested for ridding on i ten. few days on queen mary job fail so walked aroued la/hollywood an vite, top hill and buss top back to bike in ocenside brother a gunny sgt. so i rode from beach hostels rt 66, to brother then picke up to san diego . saw balboa park. bussed home. i hope plan to do all usa, in zig zag. few ideas and plans, getting one gud bike to go out of half dozen fixin up. thanz

Just started watching your vids. Had to see the last one real quick to see the final product of riding all the way up to Portland. Questions: How many tires did you blow? Did you carry spare tube(s) or use patch kits. What size/brand of tires? How many calories were you consuming a day? What did your main diet consist of? Did you like your solar power kit? Why did you choose to go from South to North? (Just figured I’d start from North to South to be on the ocean’s side while cycling. More dangerous perhaps?) What time of year did you cycle?
