You realized you changed out the coil for cylinder number 3 right? Cylinder 2 coil is the second in from the left not the right.

-- Thanks. I still have a few things to do on the White Honda Civic. Like brakes, oil change, vacuum and clean up the inside, wash the outside, and check all the wiring. I should probably replace a rear wheel bearing, too.
