Can I get a BOWP if I get an ITA after applying for a visitor record following a work permit denial?

My work permit is Valid till July 30, If I get an ITA before July 30 and apply for BWOP, Can I continue working? Since the processing time for BWOP is 3-4 months

I am gonna apply Bowp after fake extension applied on july 4th also received ITA on July 4 and AoR July 25. Do I need to attach implied status letter to bowp application? I have received only submission confirmation letter on my fake ext. what should I do in this case?
